Shipping policy
At Little Clingers Magnets, every order is made with care and packed thoughtfully before heading its way to you. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will be shipped.
As an Australian owned business, all Little Clingers Magnets are made in and shipped from Canberra, Australia.
Processing times
All orders, including custom photo magnets and ready-made designs are made to order and carefully prepared within 3-5 business days before they are ready to ship.
If you need your order by a specific date (e.g. for a gift, event or special occasion), please reach out before placing your order or shortly after checkout. We will happily work with you to let you know what is achievable!
During peak periods, such as Mother's Day, Easter and Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes. If this affects your order, we'll be sure to let you know as soon as possible.
Shipping within Australia
- All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post
- Delivery timeframes typically range from 2-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. For further information on domestic delivery timeframes, please visit Australia Post.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We are so excited that you have found us all the way down in Australia! We are very happy to offer international shipping to selected countries (where postage is available by Australia Post).
- All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International services.

Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be sent to you directly via email once your order has been dispatched. Please make sure you use an up-to-date email address when completing your order, and be sure to check your spam/junk folders to make sure you don't miss out on any important updates!
Delays and delivery
Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. While delays are rare, they can occasionally occur.
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch and we'll happily assist where we can!
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll work with you and Australia Post to resolve it.
Incorrect or Non-Delivery of Orders
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We’re unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is marked as delivered by Australia Post but not received, customers are required to contact Australia Post directly to lodge a claim. We may assist by providing tracking information or proof of postage, but refunds or replacements will only be considered once Australia Post confirms the item is lost or undeliverable.
