Refund policy

At Little Clingers Magnets, we create both custom photo magnets and a small range of ready-made designs. Each magnet is made thoughtfully with care, whether it is personalised just for you, or chosen from our collection. All products sold by Little Clingers Magnets are made to order. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

That said, your happiness and satisfaction with your final product matters to us! If something isn't quite right, we are happy to help. Please reach out to support@littleclingersmagnets.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a few photos and we will do our best to make things right!

If you wish to cancel your order, please advise us as soon as possible following your order being placed. Please note, where your order has already been fulfilled, refunds cannot be provided.
